OK I sent in my problem with the error codes. Maybe if others send in a message too they will act on it. It seems to be a problem on their end according to the error codes I have been getting. I can receive emails with attachments and also faxes but I can not send emails with an attachment. I am having to go directly to one of my other email accts and attach and send that way. I have been sending pics and videos to my cvlassroom parents for over 2 years on my MAC with never a problem and now for the last 2-3 weeks only 1 out of like 25 video attempts goes through and if it does go through it doesn't always show up in my sent box.Text and photo emails go through fine. At first it was same issue as Marcin's and others above, happening only to outgoing mails with 4-5mb attachments. ![]() They'd be 'sending' for a long time then I'd get similar error messages as above but mails still sat in my Outbox. The same thing even when I move them first to Drafts. I was able to resend them in Gmail. After that all my outgoing mails in Outlook even without attachments just sat in the Outbox and won't send so I posted above 12/2. Desperate for help I went back to Google Help Pop Configuration Instructions, compared it with my Outlook mail setup and found that 'Leave copy with server' in my mail setup was somehow enabled (I didn't do it). After I disabled it, I was able to re-send the mails sitting in my Outbox. I tested sending with large attachments and they were sent with no error messages. It appears my issues are resolved.
